Lawyer and researcher at the Laboratory for Public Policy and Internet, representing the institution at the Brazilian Digital Health and Communication Technical Chamber of the National Health Council. Participates in research on the impacts of digital health at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation.

It examines key pillars and political aspects of Brazilian reality, seeking to mobilize reflections in how both countries navigate an unstable global order. The aim is to provide a panorama that equips the audience with background to engage in a deeper discussion on parallels that could be drawn over the political economy of digitalization.
